Checkouts

Logged since migration 0015. A visitor who is not signed in is sent to sign in first and has no row. Payment methods are what Stripe Checkout offered (set in the Stripe dashboard); Apple Pay and Google Pay are part of card. An unpaid Checkout expires after 24 hours; rows still open are checked with Stripe when this list loads.
