Terms of service
Terms
Plain language, kept short. Last updated 24 September 2026.
1. Who these terms are between
WarpImage (https://warpimage.com) is operated from Hong Kong by the business registered with our payment provider, referred to here as "we". By using the site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the site and at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.
2. The free service
The text, image and SVG warpers run in your browser. The free plan needs no account (Cut out, exports and share links after the first 20, and the trial files below need a free one), nothing you type or open is sent to us, and the limits listed on the pricing page apply. We may change the free limits. On 9 October 2026 cut-ready SVG and PDF, PNG past 1,600 px and designs of more than one line moved from the free plan to Plus; a free account makes 3 such trial files (accounts from before that day, 10), counted for the account's lifetime. On 10 October 2026, with no subscriber yet on Plus, its PNG limit became 4,096 px (Pro keeps 16,384 px), and product mockup downloads moved from Pro to Plus.
3. Accounts for paid plans
An account is optional on the free plan and required before you buy a paid plan. Registering asks for your email address and nothing else; you accept these terms at that point. You then confirm the address by clicking a link we email you. We may also email that address about your account: a receipt, a renewal reminder, a change to these terms, or an occasional question about how the tools are working for you, which you are free to ignore. You can sign in with a link sent to your email, with your Google account, or with a password if you choose to set one. A password is optional; without one, the emailed link is how you sign in, and it is also how you get back in if you forget a password you did set. Keep your inbox, your Google account and any password you set secure: whoever holds them can sign in. An account may be signed in on up to three devices at a time; signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest, and changing or removing your password signs out the others. You can see and end all sessions from the account panel. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout (Plus: $5 a month or $39 a year; Pro: $10 a month or $79 a year), in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Before a yearly renewal we email you a reminder at least 30 days ahead.
- Cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account panel. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing: one click, no questions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then.
- Downgrading works the same way and takes effect at the next renewal. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are charged the difference for the remaining days.
- If we change a price, the new price applies only to new subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their price until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- File packs (since 19 October 2026): a free account can buy 10 files of the Plus kind for $3, in one payment with no renewal. They are added to the account that paid, are counted like its trial files, never expire, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for a plan. A paid plan does not count files, so a pack is only sold to the free plan.
5. No refunds
Subscription payments and file packs are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time after you cancel or files you have not used. Paid plans are digital services that begin immediately. At checkout you tick a box confirming that you want access to start at once and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal (for example the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law). Without that consent the purchase cannot be completed. The full refund policy lists the exceptions we honour: duplicate charges, a service that was unavailable, and any case where the law requires a refund.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment is disputed with your bank, the plan is suspended while the dispute is open. An email address with two chargebacks is permanently refused for new subscriptions. Please write to us first; billing mistakes are fixed quickly.
7. Your content
You own what you make with the tools. You are responsible for it: make sure you have the right to use any text, image, logo, SVG or font you bring in, and that the result does not infringe a trademark, copyright or other right. Fonts from the Google Fonts catalogue are open source and may be used commercially; fonts you upload are your responsibility and are never uploaded to us.
Features such as the cloud design library, short share links and mockups store the designs you choose to save. We do not publish them, run a public gallery or use them to train anything. If you believe content stored through the site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject "DMCA notice", the link, and proof of your rights; we remove infringing content within 72 hours of a valid notice and tell the account holder.
8. Our content and the outputs
The site, its engine, presets, copy and design are ours. Files you export (PNG, SVG, DXF, code snippets) are yours to use for any purpose, including commercially, with no attribution required. You may not scrape, mirror or resell the site itself or the API.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the service, bypass plan limits, share API keys, run automated traffic against the tools outside the developer API, or use the site for anything unlawful. API usage is subject to the limits on the pricing page; keys can be paused for abusive patterns.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features. If we retire a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and the no-refund rule does not apply to time you cannot use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Check every cut file before cutting expensive material; different machines and software read SVG differently.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or wasted material. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and may bring claims in your local courts.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date and, for subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
